Water itself, we need to consume mostly through our vegetables and fruits. We drink water for quenching the thirst or to moisten out throat when it is dry in the morning or other times. We do  not need a lot of water if we eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits.

Although the pH level increases by storing water in copper, it is not advisable to take such water since it is an inorganic metal. And we do not encourage such unnatural alkaline water to be consumed to promote health.
