“Life’s activity in a clean body is called health and life’s activity in an unclean body is disease.” As you can see, the Law of Unity is to be understood well,

Natural hygiene is extremely simple and could be learnt by any lay man or woman within a short time although it may take a few years to perfect it. In the case of any dis-ease, we do two simple things – we fast and we rest.

When we compare our condition in today’s world, to those days, we are surprised how modern civilization is so much confused by complicating our health science into a disease science and medical science. There are too many diseases listed today for any doctor to memorize the names of all and such a huge variety of medicines for any one physician to remember even after studying for ten years.

The chief factor of natural hygiene which makes it a sound system is its clear cut understanding of the entire health science in a really scientific basis. Our contention is that in any state of our life, we can take care of our health by following nature’s eternal laws of health because all our life’s activities are governed by these laws and life is at all times trying to keep us healthy unless we put obstructions in its efforts.

“Life’s activity in a clean body is called health and life’s activity in an unclean body is disease.” In both cases health is active as the one entity that we have to deal with at any stage of our life.
