Can my salad dressing have all of these- Coconut, sprouts, soaked groundnuts, soaked almonds?
Simpler the food, better the digestion and assimilation.
We add either coconut or soaked, sprouted nuts (like sprouted groundnut), or soaked nuts (like almonds) to the salad.
And, it is always one type of nut and not a mixture.
Adding tomatoes and green leaves like corriander in good quantity to the salad will add nutrition and hence, taste.
About 25 gms of legume sprouts per person is OK to add to salad.
